Learner’s licenses are not accepted. If you prefer not to submit your physical Driving License, you can instead pay a fully refundable ₹5,000 security deposit.
Yes. Both bikes and scooters can go to Nandi Hills. For longer outstation trips such as Mysore or Coorg, only motorcycles are allowed. Scooters must stay within Bangalore city limits and nearby outskirts. If you're riding to Mysore, take the service road or the old Mysore Road, because two-wheelers aren't allowed on the main carriageway of the Bengaluru–Mysuru Expressway.
No, our rental prices do not include fuel. We provide just enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump. We follow a straightforward "Like-to-Like" policy, meaning you must return the vehicle with the exact same amount of fuel it had at the time of pickup to avoid any additional refueling charges.
Yes, helmets are strictly mandatory for both the rider and pillion under Bangalore traffic laws. GoWheelo provides one complimentary ISI-marked helmet with every bike rental. If you have a passenger, you can easily rent a second helmet from our hub for a nominal fee of Rs. 50 to ensure a safe ride and avoid heavy police fines.
The security deposit is fully refundable and varies depending on the specific vehicle model you choose to rent. It ranges from Rs. 1,000 to 3,000 depending on the vehicle which you rent. GoWheelo initiates instant refunds of your deposit as soon as the two-wheeler is returned to our hub in good condition, ensuring a hassle-free and transparent experience.
While our fleet is regularly serviced, unpredictable mechanical issues can occasionally happen. If you face a breakdown within Bangalore city limits, simply contact our support team immediately. We will arrange on-spot assistance or provide a quick replacement vehicle so your commute isn't delayed.

Yes. Monthly plans start at ₹3,600 for the Honda Cliq, and popular scooters like the Activa and Jupiter cost about ₹4,500–6,000 a month. A month on a monthly plan costs far less than 30 separate daily bookings, and scheduled servicing is included.
You get a 30-minute grace period. After that, late returns cost ₹100 per hour. To avoid the charge, extend your booking on the GoWheelo website or app a few hours before your rental ends.
We don't have pickup points at the airport or railway stations. Our pickup locations are in HSR Layout, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Bellandur, J.P. Nagar, V V Puram, C V Raman Nagar, KR Puram and Doddakannalli (Sarjapur Road). If you're arriving at KSR Bengaluru City station (Majestic), V V Puram is the closest.
The Honda Cliq is our most affordable option, from ₹300/day or ₹3,600/month. For longer stays, weekly and 15-day plans cost much less per day than daily bookings.
Yes. We rent electric scooters including the Ola S1, S1 X and S1 X+, Ampere Magnus and Reo Elite, and Bgauss C12i and Oowah. Monthly EV rentals start at about ₹4,500, and the Ola S1 X 4kWh costs from ₹4,599 a month.
