What are the steps to list my vehicle on GoWheelo?

Visit our https://gowheelo.com/list-your-vehicle to fill out a simple form. We will give you a call to brief you about the process and once you accept all terms and conditions you will be listed as a partner with GoWheelo.

In how many days will my account be active on the website?

It usually takes 2-3 working days to create the account and list your bikes on the website.

When are partners paid for the booking?

It takes 2 working days to process the payment once the booking is made.

What if a customer damages the vehicle?

In case of any damages, the money for repair is deducted from the security deposit that was paid by the customer while picking up the vehicle.

How much can I earn via renting my vehicle?

Depending on the model and condition of the bike you can earn up to 25k.

What do I do if the bike is unavailable and I don't want bookings for a few days?

Once your account is created, you will be given a partner app with login credentials. You can use that app to block the bike for those particular days.

What happens if a booking comes and I want to cancel it due to some reason?

If the partner is unable to provide the bike to the customer, then a penalty of 25% of the booking amount will be charged to compensate the customer.

How do I decide the rental amount for a bike?

We usually recommend a price range to our partners for each two-wheeler but you can decide what price you want to keep.

Is GoWheelo liable in cases of damage or theft of the bike?

No, GoWheelo doesn't take any liability in such cases. But we are always there with you to assist and help you with such cases.
