To account for potential financial losses, GoWheelo processes cancellation fees based on transparent windows prior to your booking start time: Before 72 hours of pickup: 25% deduction applies.Between 24 to 72 hours of pickup: 75% deduction applies. Between 0 to 24 hours / No Show / After Pickup-time: 100% deduction applies.

To clear your digital KYC verification, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid, permanent Indian Driving License matching the vehicle class (e.g., MCWG for geared motorcycles). You must also upload a clear secondary government ID proof, such as an Aadhaar Card or Passport. Learner's licenses are strictly not accepted.

If you are an international traveler looking to rent a bike in Delhi with GoWheelo, you must possess a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or a valid foreign driving license explicitly translated into English, along with your original passport and visa documentation.
