At pickup, you must submit any one original government ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or physical DL). This original ID is securely held at our hub and returned immediately upon drop-off.

However, please note that State Entry Taxes for crossing into Haryana, UP, or Rajasthan are not included in the rental price and must be paid by the renter at the respective borders.

As per 2026 Delhi government regulations, parking charges at MCD and NDMC sites double whenever GRAP Stage III or IV is active. These increased parking fees are the responsibility of the renter.
