No, all listed car rental prices are exclusive of fuel. The car will be delivered to you with a baseline fuel level. You are responsible for paying for all fuel consumed during your trip and must return the vehicle with the exact same amount of fuel it had at handover.

To rent a self-drive car, the primary driver must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid, permanent Four-Wheeler (LMV) Driving License held for a minimum of 1 year. Digital licenses, printouts, or learner's permits cannot be accepted at the pickup hub.

In case of an accident or accidental body damage, please inform our support team immediately before moving the vehicle. For minor scratches, repair costs are assessed based on standard workshop rates and deducted from the security deposit. For major accidents, standard comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance guidelines apply, and the user's liability is capped up to the maximum insurance deductible waiver amount specified in our Terms.

Refundable security deposits depend entirely on the car segment you select. Economical hatchbacks in Gokarna carry a low safety deposit, while premium SUVs have slightly higher brackets. This deposit is processed cleanly by the local dealer at handover and refunded completely to your account upon a successful, damage-free return check.

To protect upcoming bookings for other customers, we enforce a strict return window. Late returns cause significant operational disruptions. If you delay returning the vehicle without an approved app extension, a standard penalty of 2x the hourly rental rate plus a flat disruption fee will be levied for the overdue duration.
