Hero Destini 125 on rent in Gurgaon

To rent a two-wheeler with GoWheelo in Gurgaon, you must hold a valid Driving License. At the time of pickup, simply submit any one original government ID (such as your Aadhar Card or Voter ID). We safely hold this ID and return it immediately at drop-off, meaning you do not have to surrender your physical Driving License!

No, two-wheelers are strictly prohibited on the main carriageways of NH-48 (Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway) and the Dwarka Expressway. For your safety and to avoid a ₹1,000 fine or vehicle impoundment, please use the service roads. These roads run parallel to the expressways and are the legal route for all scooters and bikes in Gurgaon.

GoWheelo ensures a transparent and reliable refund process. After you drop off the vehicle at our Gurgaon hub, our team performs a quick check for new traffic challans or physical damages. Once verified, your fully refundable security deposit is processed and returned to your account within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes, absolutely! Our rental bikes and scooters are permitted for commuting across the entire Delhi NCR region, including Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad. If you plan to take a motorcycle for a longer outstation trip to the hills of Rajasthan or Uttarakhand, please inform our hub manager to ensure the vehicle has the correct inter-state permits.

Yes, under the 2026 Gurgaon traffic rules, helmets are strictly mandatory for both the rider and the pillion passenger. AI-enabled cameras across Cyber City and Golf Course Road are highly active in issuing automated challans. GoWheelo provides one complimentary ISI-marked helmet, and you can rent a second one at our hub to ensure total safety.

No, GoWheelo does not restrict you with rigid daily limits! Instead, you receive a total kilometer allowance based on your overall rental package, which you can use flexibly across your booking period. This is perfect for long daily commutes between Sohna Road and Cyber City. We also offer unlimited kilometer packages on select models.

Absolutely! We offer highly affordable monthly bike rentals in Gurgaon starting at just ₹5,999 per month. This is the most cost-effective way for professionals working in Cyber City, Sector 44, or Udyog Vihar to beat the peak-hour traffic at IFFCO Chowk without the long-term cost of vehicle ownership.

Gurgaon uses extensive AI surveillance for traffic violations. Any e-challan generated during your rental period (for wrong-side driving, overspeeding, or red-light jumping) is the sole responsibility of the rider. Unpaid challans detected after your trip will be deducted from your security deposit during final settlement.

No, our competitive Gurgaon rental rates are exclusive of fuel. We provide just enough fuel to get you to the nearest petrol pump. We follow a simple "Like-to-Like" policy: return the bike with the same fuel gauge level it had at pickup to avoid extra refueling charges.

We have multiple convenient pickup points strategically located for commuters and residents. You can rent a bike near Arjan Garh Metro Station, Jharsa (Sector 39), MGF Metropolis Mall (Sector 17), and Huda City Centre. Our hubs are specifically placed near major Metro stations and tech parks for easy last-mile connectivity.
