This original document is securely held for the duration of your trip and will be returned to you immediately upon the safe drop-off of the vehicle.

Yes! Our rental scooters are the best way to navigate the narrow, crowded lanes of Old City areas like Charminar, Laad Bazaar, and Golconda Fort. While cars often get stuck in Hyderabad's historic center traffic, a GoWheelo scooty allows you to explore these iconic landmarks and famous Biryani spots with ease and flexibility.

No, two-wheelers are strictly prohibited on the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road (ORR) by the Cyberabad and Rachakonda Police. Riding a rental bike on the ORR is a serious traffic violation and is not permitted.

GoWheelo offers one of the fastest refund cycles in the city. After you drop off your bike at our Hyderabad hub, our team performs a quick check for new traffic challans or physical damages. Once verified, your fully refundable security deposit is processed and returned to your account within 24 to 48 hours.

No, GoWheelo does not restrict you with rigid daily caps! You receive a total kilometer allowance based on your overall rental package, which you can use flexibly throughout your booking. Hyderabad has an extensive network of speed and signal cameras. Any e-challans generated during your rental period are the sole responsibility of the rider. We recommend checking the Telangana e-Challan portal regularly. If any unpaid challans are found after your trip, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
