Booking your ride digitally via the GoWheelo mobile app takes just four simple steps: Find your Ride: Enter your city (Hyderabad), pickup/drop dates, and timings to explore available fleets near you. Book your Ride: Select a flexible package and complete your payment securely online. Get Ready to Ride: You will instantly receive the ride manifest and hub manager details via message/email. End your Ride: Pick up your bike from the hub and return it to the exact same pickup point at the end of your trip.

To successfully pass verification, you must hold a valid, permanent Indian Driving License (MCWG endorsement for geared motorcycles or MCWOG for automatic scooters). At the time of physical collection, you will present your original physical DL to the local hub manager alongside a secondary government-issued photo ID (like an Aadhaar Card or Passport) for a completely smooth handover. Learner's licenses are strictly not accepted.

GoWheelo operates primarily on a highly efficient Station/Hub Pickup model. Because our Go-Hubs are widely distributed across all major neighborhoods and placed near central Metro stations, you never have to travel far. This zero-waiting-queue model eliminates delivery delays, allowing you to walk into a hub, complete a quick verification, and ride off immediately.
