This original document will be securely stored at our hub and returned to you immediately upon the safe return of the vehicle.

No, two-wheelers are strictly prohibited on the Eastern Freeway and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. For your safety and to avoid heavy traffic fines or vehicle seizure, please use the S.V. Road, L.B.S. Marg, or the Eastern Express Highway. Riding a rental bike on restricted flyovers is a serious violation and is not permitted.

GoWheelo offers a transparent and reliable refund cycle. After you drop off your bike at our Mumbai hub, our team performs a quick inspection for damages and checks for any new traffic challans. Once verified, your fully refundable security deposit is processed and returned to your account within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes! Our motorcycles are perfect for weekend road trips to Lonavala, Alibaug, or Igatpuri. While scooters are great for city commutes, we recommend geared bikes for the ghat sections. Please ensure you stay within Maharashtra state limits, as crossing state borders is strictly prohibited for our Mumbai rental fleet.

Yes, helmets are strictly mandatory for both the rider and the pillion passenger across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. Mumbai Traffic Police are highly active with camera-based e-challans. No, GoWheelo does not restrict you with rigid daily caps! You receive a total kilometer allowance based on your overall rental package, which you can use flexibly over your booking period. This is the smartest way for professionals and students to beat the heavy traffic at Western Express Highway (WEH) and avoid the crowded Mumbai Local trains without the high cost of car maintenance.

No, our competitive Mumbai rental rates are exclusive of fuel. We provide just enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump. We follow a "Like-to-Like" policy: simply return the bike with the same fuel gauge level it had at pickup to avoid extra refueling charges, allowing you to manage your own fuel costs.

We understand that traffic at the JVLR or Sion Flyover can be unpredictable. We provide a standard 30-minute grace period for all returns. Beyond that, late fees are charged on an hourly basis. To avoid penalties, we recommend extending your booking through the GoWheelo app at least two hours before your ride ends.

We have multiple convenient pickup points across the city. You can rent a bike or scooty from our hubs near Andheri (East & West), Dadar, Borivali, Ghatkopar, Malad, and Kurla. We also have strong presence in Navi Mumbai (Nerul & Vashi) and Thane, strategically located near railway stations for easy access.
