What documents are required to rent a bike in Mumbai?

To rent a bike or scooty with GoWheelo in Mumbai, you must hold a valid Driving License. At the time of pickup, you are required to submit any one original government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or physical DL). This original document will be securely stored at our hub and returned to you immediately upon the safe return of the vehicle.

Are rental bikes allowed on the Eastern Freeway or Bandra-Worli Sea Link?

No, two-wheelers are strictly prohibited on the Eastern Freeway and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. For your safety and to avoid heavy traffic fines or vehicle seizure, please use the S.V. Road, L.B.S. Marg, or the Eastern Express Highway. Riding a rental bike on restricted flyovers is a serious violation and is not permitted.
