Yes! Our scooters and bikes are well-maintained to easily handle the ghats and weekend trips to nearby getaways like Lonavala, Lavasa, and Mahabaleshwar. Crossing state borders is strictly prohibited.

Yes, helmets are strictly mandatory under Pune traffic laws. GoWheelo provides one complimentary ISI-marked helmet, and you can rent a second for your pillion. Important: Two-wheelers are strictly prohibited from entering Pune's BRTS (Bus Rapid Transit System) lanes. Any traffic or BRTS challans incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the rider.

No, our rental pricing is highly competitive and exclusive of fuel. We provide enough fuel to get you to the nearest petrol pump. We follow a simple "Like-to-Like" fuel policy: simply return the vehicle with the exact same fuel gauge level it had at pickup to avoid any additional refueling charges.

Our fleet is regularly serviced to handle both heavy Pune traffic and outstation weekend trips. However, if you face an unexpected mechanical issue within Pune limits (such as Hinjewadi, Wakad, or Baner), contact our 24/7 support immediately. We will arrange on-spot assistance or a quick replacement so your commute isn't delayed.

No, GoWheelo does not restrict you with daily limits! We even offer select vehicles with unlimited kilometers. Any excess distance beyond your total package allowance is charged at a flat, transparent rate.

We offer highly affordable monthly bike rentals in Pune starting at just ₹4,500 per month. This is the smartest way for students and IT professionals commuting to tech parks in Hinjewadi, Wakad, or Kharadi to beat the traffic without the long-term commitment and maintenance costs of buying their own vehicle.

We understand that Pune traffic can be unpredictable, so we provide a standard 30-minute grace period for your return. Beyond that grace period, late fees are charged at a flat rate of approximately ₹100 per hour. To avoid penalties, we highly recommend extending your booking via the GoWheelo website or app a few hours before your ride ends.
